Brennan Blake Studios is the result of a vision years in the making. Founded by Brandon Harvey in 2023, the studio grew from a deep passion for design, marketing, and the way people experience spaces. Brandon began his career in Experiential Marketing and PR, where he developed a 360° understanding of how products, brands, and events connect with audiences. After years spent managing logistics, strategy, and creative planning, he felt called to shift into the physical side of creativity—designing spaces people could actually step into and feel.

That transition led him into event design, interior design, and home staging, with a strong focus on short‑term rental properties and real estate throughout Riverside and Southern California. It was here that Brandon recognized a major opportunity: many beautifully designed spaces lacked the strategic marketing insight needed to truly stand out, attract guests, or drive higher home‑sale value.

This realization shaped the foundation of Brennan Blake Studios. Brandon began to approach design as a product—one that blends aesthetics with marketing strategy. By understanding demographics, guest behavior, buyer psychology, and regional trends, he creates spaces that not only look exceptional but perform exceptionally. Every project is crafted with intention, aligning design with the needs of the client and the expectations of the audience.

Most of the homes we work with are “second spaces”—short‑term rentals, investment properties, or homes preparing for sale. This leads to the core question that guides our process: How do we want to sell this space to the people who will experience it?
