A vision several years in the making. The company originally founded by, Brandon Harvey in 2023 has taken countless months to hone into something slightly easier to define. Brandon began his career in Experiential Marketing and PR where he really gained a 360 approach to products, brands and events. After years of working on the back end - logistics, strategy and creative planning, a light appeared and he realized it was time to take a more practical approach and start working on the physical and tangible side of creative. He segued into event design and interior design/staging - mostly within the short term rental market and home staging market which he found needed some sort of practical knowledge of marketing.

Through the years he was able to envision design as a product, not something that most see as a home transformation or renovation, but in the other ways good design with a focus on marketing can be used in everyday life. Focusing on demographics, clients and customer base, and enabling marketing tactics that feature desirable design in the right place, right space and at the right time.

The homes and clients we typically work with are reaching out with design in mind for a “second place” (property). Meaning this space is mostly utilized by others, here-in lies our most asked question - How do we want to sell this space to others?
